Scheduled on-line 2wks in advance to have maintenance and service done. They could only preform 1/2 of what was requested on that visit. Said I should not schedule service on-line? I get a call that the mirror will have to be ordered and they cannot give me a date on when they can work on the transmission. It's going on 3 weeks. Still no word. This is a brand-new truck.
