I was servicing my 2016 Prius when a salesman, Stephen De La Campa, started a conversation with my wife and I. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. We weren't in the market for a new car at the time but we spoke to him anyway. I told him we had been thinking of purchasing a new Prius for over a year but they never get them in without being pre-sold. Stephen showed us several other cars including the Corolla, the Rav4 and the Venza. We took the Rav4 for a test drive and liked it very much and ordered it with his help. I particularly wanted the good, JBL stereo and the Digital rear view mirror. When it was delivered it came with the stereo but not the mirror. We bought it without the fancy mirror anyway. He made all of the transactions easy and took care of everything for us. We were very pleased with the attention he gave us. I would highly recommend him as a salesman. He kept us updated with the arrival information and made the purchase easy. Their service department is top notch! It is what keeps me coming back to Beaver Toyota! More
