Excellent service as usual. Encore brought in with heater not working properly. Robin directed checking out and one problem was found and fixed. Then it was found that there was Encore brought in with heater not working properly. Robin directed checking out and one problem was found and fixed. Then it was found that there was additional problem and a part needed to be ordered. Was given a loaner car to use until my car was fixed. As always service was outstanding and Robin was great to work with. Thanks! More

Awesome experience! Got a quote for tires from another dealership but the guy wasn’t very interested in my business. Called Luther and right away the guy was so friendly Got a quote for tires from another dealership but the guy wasn’t very interested in my business. Called Luther and right away the guy was so friendly and welcoming! We also had an issue with the GM Buy Power Card we were going to use to get a rebate and Luther went above and beyond to help us out! Highly recommend! More

Good service Very impressed with the customer service at Luther! This was my first time here as I normally go to the dealership where I bought my pickup, which is Very impressed with the customer service at Luther! This was my first time here as I normally go to the dealership where I bought my pickup, which is out of town, but I couldn't make that work right now. They DIDN'T try to upsell me on services! :) They DIDN'T try to tell me that something was wrong with my vehicle that wasn't. I have dealt with a few other service centers in the Fargo area that do that! I dropped my pickup off at night and picked it up the next day. They have a nice envelope to fill out and put your keys in. I got an oil change, tire rotation and recommended service. Everything seems good. Robin told me that a car wash was included but I told him that I had just washed my pickup the day before so he included a free wash card for me! I love that I can pay for the service online! When I went to get my pickup, I just ran in to the cashier and she just handed me my keys and invoice. This was a very good experience. I WILL go again to Luther GMC. Also, the price for the services was in line with what I'm used to paying. I have come across a few other places in town that are more expensive. More
