My car sat at the dealership for multiple days. When asked to bring it in again after the evaluation and parts were available. I was told after it sat for a couple days they were having staffing is When asked to bring it in again after the evaluation and parts were available. I was told after it sat for a couple days they were having staffing issues due to "COVID" and asked if I could bring it back in a couple weeks. During those couple weeks I received multiple calls telling me my parts were delivered at the dealership. No one called to reschedule the appointment at any time. I had to call and schedule the next appointment. Was told everything would be covered by the party I bought the car from and told numerous times everything was good to go. When the work was finished, I was told I needed to pay the taxes on the work. Not impressed by your customer service or lack there of. More

Great work on the car, only giving 4 stars because had difficulty contacting them to inquire if/when it was done. Called the main line multiple times, would get transferred to service, no answer, voicemai difficulty contacting them to inquire if/when it was done. Did not want to go until we knew it was done because weather was terrible. Ended up just going after hours, it was done, service dept was closed. One of the sales people was extremely helpful getting me my car back. More
