While I was extremely angry that my BRAND NEW car failed in less than a week of ownership, I have to say how extremely satisfied I was with the service department. They went above and beyond to make it righ in less than a week of ownership, I have to say how extremely satisfied I was with the service department. They went above and beyond to make it right. Robin was super friendly, got me in immediately, and was honest about the issue. The service tech worked hard to get me back on the road less than 48 hours later, just in time for Christmas! This is what makes great customer service! More

Awesome service! The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. The maintenance and repairs are always done beyond expectations. A big bonus is having a loaner vehicle to drive (if needed). Depen you with a smile. The maintenance and repairs are always done beyond expectations. I informed service of the issue, the estimate was very close to the total. Service was even kind enough to open the bar door a little early for vehicle drop off.
