Update: when they found out there was a bad taste in my mouth, several guys went above and beyond to make it right, especially Robo. A couple of hiccups and miscommunications re: financing but they hon mouth, several guys went above and beyond to make it right, especially Robo. They also under promised and over delivered when it came to turnaround time from the train to my driveway. More

Everyone there was really helpful. Ali really worked with me to get a new car. Joshua and Robo were really helpful with checking the car, to make sure everything works. Extremely disappointed in my experience. I purchased through Driveway.com. My deal was delayed month after F and I didn't notice it was hung up at the bank. Now I am waiting on a third temp I purchased through Driveway.com. My deal was delayed month after F and I didn't notice it was hung up at the bank. Now I am waiting on a third temp tag that they can't get me a tracking number for but say it was sent. My tag expires tomorrow and I leave for vacation Tuesday. I am beyond frustrated as I began calling a week early to make sure this didn't happen and was blown off by them. There has been so much passing of the buck and bad communication. I'm over it. I need my car for vacation and don't even know if I will be able to drive it at this point without a tag. Too much stress. Beware. More
