Michele was great. She did as much as she could, finance tried. At the end, I received a phone call telling me my payoff for my trade in was over 1,000 difference and I She did as much as she could, finance tried. They wrote down the wrong payoff after calling the bank. Days later and still owed keys and floor mats. More
