When asked on three separate occasions about a specific characteristic of the vehicle he assured me it in accurate information about vehicle options. After driving numerous hours to purchase the vehicle, upon seeing it immediately it was obvious that the vehicle was not as described and the only explanation provided was we just received the vehicle a day ago. When this was brought up to his management the only thing they could say is not sure what happened but the vehicle is new to us and those images were stock. I explained that I understand that but his employee told me that the vehicle specifications were as described and the second set of images online were accurate twice. Even after calling the morning of to verify the specifications, the manager said he was unsure what happened but if I wanted the vehicle they would be happy to sell it to me. Such a complete a waste of time and money to travel over 200 miles and would not purchase from this dealership even if I lived in Vernon. More
