I found Jackson extremely professional from the first phone call to when I checked out. The service tech explained what they were going to do along the cost prior to the service, then explained the resul phone call to when I checked out. Whom i refer to as the lady of the House. She carries a warm smile. Knows you by name. Adapt to continued service for the company behalf when staff is below minimum. As well as the phone line. She is very attentive to who's car is next and what detail. I love this establishment. I have been spoiled by barely having appointments and still getting first class service. I went to the one across from Dobbins Air force Base. Which i am a Airmen. It was cramped to enter. Confused staff. One person was on point. Under manned. Said i could not be seen until maybe monday or Tuesday. 10 mins later i called Evonne. Was in/ out. That is what i get for making one lil slip. Smile. Sane day. Right after i left them. Yesterday.
