This is my third MDX leased from Jackson Acura and I really like that they added complimentary oil changes for the first two years or 24000 miles, or whatever comes first. Just had my second oil change really like that they added complimentary oil changes for the first two years or 24000 miles, or whatever comes first. Just had my second oil change and the customer service representative was very professional and pleasant to deal with. No appointment needed and they have a very nice and comfortable waiting room. The oil change did not take long and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also washed and vacuumed the interior of my MDX, again all part of the complimentary oil change. More

The car was brought in for a recall repair, which was overdue due to parts availability. Unfortunately, the work was performed incorrectly, leading to the car running out of fuel without any warning, lea overdue due to parts availability. Unfortunately, the work was performed incorrectly, leading to the car running out of fuel without any warning, leaving us stranded. The car had to be towed to the dealership, and I needed an Uber ride to get to the car rental since I had a business flight the next day. Although the car was ready the following day, I could not pick it up, return the rental, and make my flight in time. The Service Manager agreed to cover the towing cost, but he did not agree to reimburse me for the two days of car rental. I sent the invoice via email on March 24 but have not received a response. One of the most disappointing aspects of this ordeal is that not a single representative from the Service Department took responsibility or offered an apology for the faulty work. A little compassion goes a long way. This experience has significantly damaged my perception of the dealership, and I would not consider purchasing a vehicle from Jackson in the future. More
