Mr. Ludwig, Sorry you were disappointed with your experience. As discussed on the phone, the recall has a OP code error that would be on your vehicle. We scanned your vehicle and did not find that error code. The extended warranty covers certain failed parts on your vehicle. The brakes did not fail, they just needed to be adjusted.
