Good service, my truck works better after that the job was done, except that the mechanic left a towel with a strong smell of gasoline on the back part of the truck, other than that great job. The only currency a Service Advisor has is Honesty (or at least the perception of Honesty) and Rodney did a great job convincing me he wanted to get the repair done and NOT do what a previous Service Manager least the perception of Honesty) and Rodney did a great job convincing me he wanted to get the repair done and NOT do what a previous Service Manager at Honda of Kenosha (and several Honda dealerships to the South!) termed a “wallet flush.” Thankfully he is no longer there and I trust this place again. I have been three times in the last year and each time they prove their commitment to giving great customer service, which includes a fair price. Thank you Rodney and Honda of Kenosha. More

Started bringing my car here instead of the other dealer. Rodney was very nice, polite, and good with explaining the service needed. Big thing I like with the Kenosha service dept is a "loaner" cars they usu Rodney was very nice, polite, and good with explaining the service needed. Big thing I like with the Kenosha service dept is a "loaner" cars they usually have. Having to wait around for a couple hours when you don't have a ride and live a little far isn't fun. This is only my 2nd service here, but so far so good. More
