He listens to your wants and needs and points you in the right direction. He is patient and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to look at every reasonable option on their lot before we committed. He wanted us to be completely satisfied with our choice. This dealership is a what you see is what you get kind of place. They sell quality vehicles and they stand behind them! The price on the car is the price you pay. We got a fair value for our trade in and they gave me a nice car to drive while they were detailing the one we purchased. The day after we bought our Highlander we saw the same model with higher miles on a competing lot listed for more $$$ than we paid out the door. And by the way, my husband is still driving our previously purchased 2012 Camry. It has 206,000 miles and is going strong! Once again, we are happy and satisfied customers!!! More
