2015 Expedition Aside from they typical not enough for trade which is everywhere overall treatment was excellent. Roel offered me to test drive two out of the three Aside from they typical not enough for trade which is everywhere overall treatment was excellent. Roel offered me to test drive two out of the three models I was loking. The third one gut ruled out for price. and even though newer (2017) a kind of base model XLT. The XLT I did purchase was narrowed down from a 2012 Limited V8 and the 2015 XLT V6. I was skeptical at first but the V6 even with that weight the torque curve made excellent handling, power and reasonably decent fuel economy. Ride was almost cadillac like and after over 4000 miles since purchase I feel the vehicle is solid. I was a litle disappointed with whomever did the acceptance inspection with regards to brakes. During test drive I did not get the highway and partially my fault but even though I had some high speed starts and stops no highway. During drive on I635 during delivery I noticed the brakes pulsing and vibrating. Inspection determined to be rotors needed machining and turning. Worked and vehicle was good for my almost 3600 mile road trip. Something this fairly simple should have been caught prior to allowing to be put for sale. eEspecialy a high degree safety related item. I purchased AS IS and I accept that but recommend a little more attention to detail on next vehicles when you do the acceptance and delivery inspection. Roel and the titling department I was skeptical but they came through and transferred the registration of my specialty plates from one of my trades to the Expedition and when I returned from my trip the second key and the registration stickers for the transferred were ready. Roel was friendly, corteous and respectful, even going so far as allowing me to take my pup;py with me on the test drives...the other benefit was making sure that he could juump in and get a good seating position. I was originally going to drive out to Greenville for a 2010 XLT with much mmore mileage, much less features and I am glad I made this side trip. Thanks again I will recommend future customers. The brake problem was the reason for the downgrade from five stars to four for qualiy of work, but service communication and worked with me on the trades to help offset. Roel even went as far as to send another set of drivers out to pick up one of my trades. Roel knew cash deal so didnt try to put the financing pressure on me. Allowed me to take vehicle home on binder for the weekend pending my cashiers check clearing and funds availability. More

The salesman was an hour and a half late. The car was not in the condition the salesman lead on to so dealing with Roel I was a little reserved at first. After we got to the facility, met Roel, and saw the vehicle all my skepticism went away. I would highly recommend checking them out and working with Roel. More
