I waited 2hrs for a software update (backup camera) and a recall seatbelt inspection.. I advised the service advisor about issues with the RX500h stereo and was told that the manufacture is aware of there is recall seatbelt inspection.. I advised the service advisor about issues with the RX500h stereo and was told that the manufacture is aware of there issue but noting could be done and they could not duplicate the issue (power AMP shuts down) leaving the vehicle without sound. This is a hit or miss issue but, they did not seem to care and just wanted to sell me services which I did not need at the current moment. ZMy Veh. has 7,500 miles for a 2025. Go figure it all about the sales in service Dept. shame on you guys.I have to find another Lexus dealer this one on care about their loyal customers . This is so ridiculous !!!! More

I live in Orlando and purchased my 2026 Lexus NX 350h with the help of Daniel Batista. I'd give him an OUTSTANDING rating along with the finance and insurance teams. I had one small concern. I wish I would been asked if I wanted tinting on the side windows. I understand that many people desire it, but it really should be a customer choice given that some of us have visibility issues at night and darker windows, well, don't help matters. As it is, my local Lexus dealership will remove it (two front windows) for about $100. It would be great if I got compensated for this cost. Otherwise, and overall, I had an EXCELLENT buying experience and would drive down from Orlando again. Thank you Lexus of Pembroke Pines. More
