Sales staff was really friendly and helpful. Got a really great deal on our new lease so we were thrilled with the sales process. However inside there was a customer not wearing a mask and no one said anythi great deal on our new lease so we were thrilled with the sales process. However inside there was a customer not wearing a mask and no one said anything to him. It was only after we mentioned something (after over an hour), that he wasn't wearing one, the finance guy we were working with casually said "oh...not sure, I'll have to ask someone about that"... A few minutes later the man did have a mask on but not even covering his nose. Overall it did feel safe and that people were taking it seriously. But disconcerting that someone was even allowed in without a mask let alone in there for over an hour without one even in site. More

Beyond Impressed! This dealership really made my day yesterday. I bought my MX-5 RF from a private seller last month & was able to take over the powertrain warranty. I This dealership really made my day yesterday. I bought my MX-5 RF from a private seller last month & was able to take over the powertrain warranty. I started noticing a grinding noise coming from the passenger side and decided it was time to make an appointment with Mazda. Customer Service was kind and efficient and made me feel safe (during Covid 19). They offered me complementary Lyft Service to and from their dealership and my Hollywood home so that I didn't have to wait there while my car was being inspected and serviced. The problem was that my aftermarket sway bar had come loose. That wasn't covered under my warranty, but they fixed it and charged me next to nothing for the work...I was shocked by how little it cost me. I was beyond impressed and grateful. This is my first Mazda and my first ever experience at a dealership in my 20 years of driving. It was such a positive and pleasant experience for me, especially during such rough times. Amy was my service representative and was super helpful, but the entire staff was warm and kind. I'm really beginning to enjoy being a Mazda owner! Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to such wonderful service in the future :) You guys are the best! More
