Poor out of state experience Bought vehicle remotely from out of state. Once dealer received signed paperwork, it took almost two weeks to finalize sale and ship vehicle. Beyond Impressed! This dealership really made my day yesterday. I bought my MX-5 RF from a private seller last month & was able to take over the powertrain warranty. I This dealership really made my day yesterday. I bought my MX-5 RF from a private seller last month & was able to take over the powertrain warranty. I started noticing a grinding noise coming from the passenger side and decided it was time to make an appointment with Mazda. Customer Service was kind and efficient and made me feel safe (during Covid 19). They offered me complementary Lyft Service to and from their dealership and my Hollywood home so that I didn't have to wait there while my car was being inspected and serviced. The problem was that my aftermarket sway bar had come loose. That wasn't covered under my warranty, but they fixed it and charged me next to nothing for the work...I was shocked by how little it cost me. I was beyond impressed and grateful. This is my first Mazda and my first ever experience at a dealership in my 20 years of driving. It was such a positive and pleasant experience for me, especially during such rough times. Amy was my service representative and was super helpful, but the entire staff was warm and kind. I'm really beginning to enjoy being a Mazda owner! Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to such wonderful service in the future :) You guys are the best! More
