The parts dept and Chris have always got the parts I need or gotten them in a short time. Dealing with service dept professionals like Rocky Deavers and Fred Daniels makes it easy to understand whats wrong and what needs to be fixed. If there are any issues Brian Chase is right there to make it right . Its nice to find a dealership that has it all together and treat the customers great. To me it says something about a place of business when they have employee's stay for such long periods of time. There are many faces that have been there the entire 24+ years I have been going there. This man knows cars and not once did he have to look at the sticker to tell us a cars milage,warranty nothing he knew it all. This man needs a raise! More

I have purchased a Scion xA, then a Scion xD, then a Corolla LE, and now, this week drove home in a RAV4 Absolutely no reason: Nada, Zip, Zero, Zilch. I have purchased a Scion xA, then a Scion xD, then a Corolla LE, and now, this week drove home in a RAV4 LE, all from ELK GROVE TOYOTA. That's a bunch of years worth of cars. Yep, I've talked to other dealers, but Elk Grove just has me hooked. A dealer who likes to do favors for their customers. ROMY became my friend and showed me and sold me and we took a long test drive. SAAD performed his special magic to pay off my trade-in and closed the deal. Then NAI also became my friend, wading through all future care options and the paperwork with me. And JULIE jumped through hoops for me and got DMV processed quickly so I could legally drive tonite.
