Ashleigh and now Jeremy do their best always to notify me on the progress of any work being done on my vehicle. I have dealt with Ashleigh for the past two years and she is great! One concern I had with my on the progress of any work being done on my vehicle. I have dealt with Ashleigh for the past two years and she is great! One concern I had with my last visit was my tires were not rotated as scheduled because the service technician said that after measuring the tread depth of my tires, being that the depths were good, my tires did not need to be rotated. My understanding is that tires naturally wear unevenly (e.g., front vs. rear, inside vs. outside), so rotating them moves them to different positions to ensure all four wear down at a similar rate, keeping tread depth uniform. This was the first time I ever heard that. More

Rip off lying cheating perks! I had horrible experience from start to end. I was told lie after lie and then attempted to charge me 900 to let me know if it was covered repair.ser I had horrible experience from start to end. I was told lie after lie and then attempted to charge me 900 to let me know if it was covered repair.service manager " diagnosised' problem by SMELL! HAD ANITHER GARAGE DIAGNOSE it...and still NOT repaired! HIS SENSE N OF SMELL IS WAY OFF! It was what we told him..slave cylinder..NOT clutch. He could SMELL clutch...then told me 900 bill..not covered! They never even LOOKED! He simply SNIFFED! Had he mot been off work the one day..I wouldn't have found out what a lying cheat xxx this guy was. And all of this and my car is still not repaired! I guess I will bring it in and abandon it on YOUR lot! More
