Brought the car in for an oil change and to look at a few other minor concerns. Was given an $8900 estimate that dId not include the oil change or any of the requests! None of the other suggestions were be other minor concerns. Was given an $8900 estimate that dId not include the oil change or any of the requests! None of the other suggestions were believable. When said I wanted to know about 6 items, it took 3 days, and still 2 werent addressed. When asked again, they called back with with ntf. Then called back and said tech refused to work in my car!!! He was afraid their was Nike inside. I ex as ones that what he was seeing was only carpet under the 3rd row seating that I couldn't fit vacuum hose attachment to get up. They REFUSED to finish the job and then went in the say the cost to pick it up is the oil change IS $150 For each estimatebifbthe 6 requests!!!! Nothing was tested, thus usvpurektvavtecs guess. Nothing taken apart!! 1:2 want addressed. They did 1 test drive . This is the words , most insulting service ever!!! More

The best part is they always get your vehicle back to you sooner than they said which makes you happy. The guy who handled my service was professional and courteous and made doing business with Jim Ellis GMC a pleasure. I have noticed that since we have been buying our vehicles from Jim Ellis GMC, we have never had an issue and the staff treats you like family. Thank you!! More
