I have to admit that I was expecting a back and forth when I arrived. It is usually part of the fun for me if I'm being honest. I was beyond surprised when the process was so seamless. That was an immediate plus/star for me, basic customer service was evident. He ended his call and approached me. My initial impression based on his body language and demeanor was favorable. I appreciated his interest, and patience in wanting to know what I was looking for in a new vehicle. His knowledge and expertise about each model, was remarkable. His delivery and ability to engage, was not less than the likes of a "new best friend" or your favorite uncle. He was authentic in his responses, professional, and respectful. Ron even has a great sense of humor. This guy elevates "Salesman" to a new height. He has more than raise the bar. He willingly makes himself accessible to customers and does not dissappear after the deal has closed. This is my second time buying a new XC90 from this dealership. The first in 2008, and my Volvo served me well, for almost 13 years. This year, I am back again, for a new & improved version. This process was seamless from start to finish. Ask for Ron, you can't go wrong! I also would like to acknowledge Armand. He provided me with the final tutorial in the cabin.
