I came into St Charles Nissan not expecting to drive off the lot with a car today. I did not know Ron before coming here but after meeting him I felt like he was family. Ron Martin was AMAZING & helped this whole process got as smooth as possible. Ron went above & beyond for me, even coming in on his day off to assist me through to the end!!! From the time I got to the dealership to the time I left with my new truck was only about an hour and a half, and most of that was just waiting for the truck to be detailed.
