I came into St Charles Nissan not expecting to drive off the lot with a car today. I did not know Ron before coming here but after meeting him I felt like he was family. Ron Martin was AMAZING & helped this whole process got as smooth as possible. Ron went above & beyond for me, even coming in on his day off to assist me through to the end!!! I came in to look at cars and found out while I was there that the engine on my current car basically was going to blow up & almost completely dead. It was completely meant to be & Ron was my guardian angel the day I bought my Hyundai Palisade. The GM was awesome, Aaron in finance department was amazing. From the time I got to the dealership to the time I left with my new truck was only about an hour and a half, and most of that was just waiting for the truck to be detailed.
