Everyone throughout the car-buying process was GREAT! Friendly, helpful, and professional. They guided me through the process, which I hadn't done in over 15 years (I had a Toyota vehicle that I drove Friendly, helpful, and professional. While some decisions weren't easy for me, everyone was patient and informative, which I appreciated, and it gave me time to consider everything. In my earlier years, I might have considered that the only thing worse than buying a new car was a trip to the dentist. I was wrong. This was delightful, and I might even say that, even before going, I contemplated a case of "buyer's remorse"; the reality was nowhere near that. Dare I say I actually had a delightful time. Thank you to Jake, Geoff, Ron, and David for all of your assistance and friendliness. I would love to say that I'd buy my next car through you, but, at my age, this might be my last. (I joke about my age a lot!) More

It's a shame, but I had to remove my initial review which was positive, to negative. My car was in a minor accident the day after I purchased it (from Toyota of Naperville). UGH. I was hit by a car that ha was positive, to negative. My car was in a minor accident the day after I purchased it (from Toyota of Naperville). UGH. I was hit by a car that had hit another car and slid into my front bumper. Damage was fixed, etc. My Corolla is a fantastic car, BUT something is wrong with the AC. I was honest and told Toyota of Naperville about the accident, when I brought the car in due to the AC issue. Let me point out the elephant in the room. The car was under FULL warranty (it's a 2025) and I bought an extended warranty, too. Warranties are NOT voided due to an accident. They're voided for other issues, but NOT an accident, especially like the bumper damage to the car. Because if that was the case, then what's the point of a warranty? If this is the case, then Toyota doesn't stand up for its product. The dealership looked at the car, found the AC didn't have any gas, charged it, and said it was fixed. They didn't check anything else with the car AC. There is more to this issue and I'll post it moving forward. I'll provide an email if anyone wants to know the entire issue. More

In trying to sell us one of their many extended warranties he was rude, condescending and blatantly insulting. On several occasions called into question my wife’s intelligence and decision to purchase the vehicle. Called into question her decision making do to her occupation as a teacher. Said he was surprised a teacher would decide not to get the warranty he was offering. Said he was “scared” to sell my wife her car and let her leave with it. More
