I have just purchased a used Ford FX4 F150 from Palmen Automotive in Racine. It was a great experience for me. Randy was able to answer any questions I had concerning the condition of the truck, and also since this was my first time at buying a truck with a luxury up fit package that came standard with the FX4, I had to have Randy show me all the special features associated with this set up. Randy was very knowledgeable on all the special features, which made me comfortable with how everything worked. Randy did a great job on presenting the value of this truck, which made me know this was the truck for me. From there is worked with Steve Schwaab in Finance. Steve went through all the added warranty coverages I could purchase and how these coverages would fit my needs. Steve, like Randy, was able to answer all my questions and made me very comfortable with the whole process. This was important to me since I am not a finance guy. The best part, with Steve knowing I intended to pay off the purchase price in full from my retirement investments as soon as possible, was Steve setting me up with a purchase contract that required no down payment and six weeks to pay off the loan in full before the first monthly loan payment would be due. Again, it was a great experience in buying this truck, because of the "work with me" attitude of Randy and Steve. I thank you both for making me feel so at ease through the whole process. More
