Sir, if you read through my notes you can clearly see that I’ve reached out to numerous people at the dealership over the last two month with little to no response. Do you seriously think that I expect different from you? That YOU might possibly answer the phone or return an email when it seems nobody at the dealership has been able to do that? Your response of “I do apologize that you feel that way” is typical of your dealership. That is NOT an apology. Is anyone there capable of a simple “we are sorry. We really dropped the ball this time”? An actual admittance of messing this one up bad? I have YET to hear that just ONCE in this entire ordeal.
