I forgot and left my iPad in the car, and she said she would get it and take it up to the lounge where I was waiting. In the lounge I and other guests enjoyed beverages, muffins and other treats. My car was ready on schedule. It had also been washed and the inside was vacuumed. I could not have asked for a better experience! More
