I have not had an issue that they were not able to resolve since I have done business ther dealership and the staff working there are "TOP NOTCH"!!! 1st saleperson tarnished my image of Walser. Sassy, argumentative, condescending, didnt feel like she was here to help me. Heard comments like "well it is a used car" when i saw deep scratches Sassy, argumentative, condescending, didnt feel like she was here to help me. Heard comments like "well it is a used car" when i saw deep scratches in paint. She did show us the braking feature but knew we were irritating her due to being close to closing- i had cash and was ready to buy, but had to return 3x. Felt like she wasnt being honest and never on my team. Luckily for Walser, Rosalie redeemed the sale situation.
