Unfortunately the original vehicle we thought we had purchased turned out to have some paint issues and instead of trying to correct them, the Sales Manager, Eric took it upon himself to locate another vehicle which was actually more money and more equipment from another dealer. They honored the original deal at no additional cost to us and delivered as promised. It’s nice to find a car/truck dealership that still has that level of integrity and professionalism. Our combined sales force worked diligently until we were satisfied and we look forward to a long relationship. More

An enjoyable, stress-free experience I purchased a one year old Toyota Tacoma, but planned to finance it through my own bank, which turned into a nightmare. First one delay, then anothe I purchased a one year old Toyota Tacoma, but planned to finance it through my own bank, which turned into a nightmare. First one delay, then another, then another, using a half a tank of gas going back so many times. Finally, at the last minute I was told I would have to pay $250 in closing costs. That did it. I went back to Troncalli and within an hour and a half I was driving home in my new truck. BTW, the interest rates were the same and no closing costs. I would also like to commend Brian and Royce. Two pros who know their stuff and laughed at my dumb jokes. More
