I had to go back 3 times to get them to honor my warrantee to get a "check engine" light diagnosed and the repair made. I got different stories from each of the service reps. I am unlikely to purc warrantee to get a "check engine" light diagnosed and the repair made. I got different stories from each of the service reps. I am unlikely to purchase a car from them again. I am also mistrustful of GM because of their unwillingness to honor their warrantee. More

Took much longer to get a loaner for me than other dealerships. Fixed my car and Ruben was great in service department. They were busier than normal after internet and phone outage. They let the air out of my Silverado's tires! My truck uses LT (Light Truck) tires, which (according tot he owner's manual and the sticker on the door) should be run at 41 PSI cold. I started down the ro uses LT (Light Truck) tires, which (according tot he owner's manual and the sticker on the door) should be run at 41 PSI cold. I started down the road on my family vacation today just after servicing and I noticed that my truck was handling weirdly and it turns out that my tires had been deflated to 36 PSI. This is an unsafe condition for a fully loaded truck driving through the desert. I finally found a gas station that had a working air compressor and pumped up my tires to the proper inflation pressure. More

The staff at Culver City Chevrolet are all very professional. The Service Team Advisor Jordan is amazing and she knows how to get things done!!! She took plenty of time to go over my options, discu professional. The Service Team Advisor Jordan is amazing and she knows how to get things done!!! She took plenty of time to go over my options, discuss prices and answer my questions. Basically she made sure I completely understood what was necessary. The guys in the shop did great work and I was really pleased with the work on the sidelights. All around in the end I was very satisfied with my experience. I will continue to use Culver City Chevrolet and recommend it to my friends who might be vehicle shopping in the future. Thank you More

Took our Bolt in for a Manufacturer’s recall. Asked the Service writer if they could reset the PIN. He had no idea what that was. He asked a technician to come out. The tech new what I was talking about an Service writer if they could reset the PIN. He had no idea what that was. He asked a technician to come out. The tech new what I was talking about and said it would take an hour which would cost $225. In my opinion which is that I had to take time out of my day to have a manufacturing error corrected why should I have to pay for resetting an electronic code that would take no more then five minutes? I understand now why the Owners of this dealership had two other dealerships taken away from them by the manufacturer. Won’t go there again More
