I came in for the sun roof recall, and was seen promptly at my appointment time. The waiting room and bathroons were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant. Rob Lisi did an excellent job assisting us in our delivery. His explanation of car features and capabilities was terrific and he is a very pleasant guy to work with. There was a minor issue in not following my instructions on a delivery request that I communicated twice prior to delivery but it was corrected. This was inconvenient to me and my wife as we were delayed by almost half an hour in waiting for it to be corrected. This caused me to miss an appointment that I had scheduled later that afternoon.
