Ordered a new X3 without setting foot into the dealership until delivery day. John Cheung and Danny Claro were both excellent. As far as delivery, it was the fastest turnaround I’ve ever had. Plus in the dealership, they spent a couple hours setting up and explaining the highly technical and advanced vehicles systems to me and my wife. I’ve purchased many new vehicles over the past (I hate to say it) 50 years and this has been the best experience of them all.
