Terrible experience from start to finish. Complete incompetence at all levels but pushed through to make sure that the deal got done as it was the right options and color combo, otherwise I w Complete incompetence at all levels but pushed through to make sure that the deal got done as it was the right options and color combo, otherwise I would've went to another dealer in a heartbeat. The first sales person Tyler, completely dropped the ball. I provided full numbers to complete the deal and offered to put money down to reserve and got completely ghosted. It wasn't until Ashley from the internet department finally replied and saved the deal. I was given to a new salesperson, Patrick. He knew the car was there but apparently the keys were locked in another salesperson's desk and they were out for the weekend. (Should be a fireable offense for whoever that was, as keys shouldn't be left out like that, preventing sales from happening). So, I had to wait extra days before I could come pick it up. I arrived to sign paperwork and the vehicle was still not ready. Had to wait around just to do a quick test drive before signing paperwork. This dealership engages in the shady, Kia-level practice of requiring and sneaking in trashy add-ons that no one wants or needs. I was told I would be getting additional off of the vehicle to compensate for the required add-ons, but I did not. They "won" because I was so sick of dealing with them, so bad on me for that. I get the vehicle home and take it to get state inspected and it FAILS because the car has wheel locks and there's no wheel lock key provided in the vehicle. I am 5 days+ into trying to get a wheel lock key from this dealer and still have not been provided with a good solution because they don't know where it is to provide it to me. Their only solution is that I now have to go to a different dealer, have them figure out which key it needs, and let them know so they can order and send me one. So, I basically have a brand new vehicle that can't pass state inspection due to, again, the incompetence of this dealership, BMW of Freehold. I cannot recommend enough that you find anywhere else to take your business based on my experience. More

This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership. The first time, I had a great experience, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time was completely different and very dealership. The first time, I had a great experience, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time was completely different and very disappointing. The price of the car was different from what was listed on the website, and the finance manager was rude and unable to clearly explain the pricing. On top of that, my temporary registration expired over 10 days ago, and there has been no follow-up from the dealership. I've had to call every single day just to get updates about my plates. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would never go back to this dealership again. More
