Mike is on the dot, great communications, great knowledge & utilization of his sales tools. My 3rd brand-new car, last 2 were Fords, I feel like the 1st new car buying experience. I told Mike what I wanted & utilization of his sales tools. My 3rd brand-new car, last 2 were Fords, I feel like the 1st new car buying experience. I told Mike what I wanted in my BMW, he made it happen. No more 88% match vehicle. I received the car in less than projected time. Went to pick up the car and it was ready to drive, fully detailed, and with a big red bow on the hood, insurance been taken care of. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I also mentioned how courteous Mike is to people work with me when we discussed customer service examples. Completely satisfied. More

Pride in what you do and who you represent shows character and commitment. Mark was great very friendly and proud of the product he represented. Very knowledgeable about every aspect of what he was selling and very proud to sell it. He wanted to work there since he was a kid. When you do what you love it’s a pleasure not a job and that’s how I felt around Marc. Finally Russel was excellent as well. Made me feel very comfortable and I’m no way did I feel rushed or pushed into anything. He made me very comfortable as he was very honest. Great experience.... will be back in April for my 7 More
