What we liked the most about him is that he did not pressure us in purchasing the car that same day. He respected our decision to go home and to give us enough time to really absorb and evaluate on what we wanted to do.The next day, we purchased the car. Why? Robert was great, deal was good and we had enough time to think about it. We've dealt with a few dealers in the past and it was like a Zoo out there. They pressure you so much that you never even wanted to be there.
