Walked into service center and out with a new car! My goal was to get a new Honda CRV by the end of the year and had been in touch with Russ Meyer regarding what I wanted. In meantime I "dropped" by service dept. to have a small issue taken care of on my car, and found the service department to be incredible, Sukanya Wetherbee got it fixed on the spot, no coming back! While waiting for my car, found Russ and he took the time to visit with me and shared a CRV EX had just arrived in the color I wanted, a step down from the Touring, but wondered if I wanted to look. Took a look and actually loved the model, decided to give the new microfiber fabric a try, rather than the leather. Bam---I was dealing on a car! Russ was extremely patient with me on my questions, dealings, going over the entire car and the phone pairing thing that had me nervous...thank you for that Russ and for your expertise and professionalism!! Chad Erwin was my third encounter and impressive he was as well, explaining the financing program, extended warranty, couldn't have been nicer and more professional. And finally, I met Nick Hinze in the paint and dent department, because we all know my car will not be able to avoid those door dings out there, and I wanted to meet the person who takes care of those! Sales and service the right way! Russ Meyer was patient with me when I was trying to decide on buying a pick up or SUV. When I was concerned about driving clear across town for service work, Russ told me about their free pick up and delivery service. Sure enough, when I decided on purchasing a vehicle, a driver drove clear across town and picked me up right on schedule. I was given options on financing. Russ made sure a few minor details were taken care, such as a missing clip, and a small food stain on the seat before finalizing the deal. When I got into the Ford to drive it home, I was surprised the gas tank was clear full because it was nearly empty when I finished test driving it. Manager Zach Alexander makes sure the customer is treated right at Honda of Lincoln. More

This is the 2nd vehicle he has helped me with and is currently on the lookout for a 3rd for me. Justin went out of his way and told me the truth when I had a finance question about my other vehicle even though it didn't benefit Honda of Lincoln. And Chad worked with me and my wife on the financing part going over and explaining everything we would need for the used car we purchased. I have never had a bad experience at Honda of Lincoln and will continue to go back for all my automotive needs. More

It's refreshing to have an honest carsalesman. I've had 3 cars in the past 7 years of my life. Most of my experience at dealerships has been spent by getting ripped off because I'm a young guy and I've had 3 cars in the past 7 years of my life.
