Russ provided the best possible experience in purchasing a car. He was down-to-earth, personal, and genuine. I have never met a salesman who sold from a place of personal engagement and connection. On top of that, I'm a very indecisive woman with lifelong commitment issues, but unlike most, Russ did not rush me, nor make me feel crazy for my hesitation. In fact, he sat down with me, peered into my soul and asked, "What is it that is holding you back? Is it that scratches on the back of the car?" It's like he could read my mind. He then offered to take care of the scratches for free, and in that moment, my decision was made. I replied, "SOLD." Russ happily went along with my request to place a bow on the car for a Christmas photoshoot making my childhood commercial dreams come true. I hope this car lasts, but I'll be returning to Russ for all my future car purchases. Couldn't recommend enough! More
