My entire experience was outstanding! I called ahead on a very cold today and told Russ what i wanted to drive and the car was warmed up and ready to go. Russ patiently went thru all of the features on the car. I did a short test drive with russ and when we got back he told me to to take it longer by myself. When it came to pricing and trade in value he explained what all of the numbers meant. I asked for more $ on my trade and the team figured out a way to accomplish this. Russ was not an aggressive sales person but did a thorough job of explaining all costs and what the next steps were after agreeing on price. Once russ handed me of to finance Chad did a very thorough job of explaining options. I never felt pressured but felt well informed. The entire experience really exceeded my expectations. I got the car that i wanted and felt i got a fair price for my trade in and the HRV. More
