Russ Meyer helped us get our HR-V during a very stressful time to purchase a car (November 2021). We had been looking everywhere for a HR-V and noone had them in stock. He kept us updated on the status of its expected arrival and when it finally arrived, he had it waiting for us in pristine condition. After we signed the papers, he went above and beyond in making sure we knew how to work all of the features on our car, helped me pair my phone to the Bluetooth and even had preset some radio stations for us. He went above and beyond, even though it was past closing time. Highly, highly recommend. Definitely worth the wait for our car and the drive to Lincoln (we live in Omaha). Scott in the finance department was also outstanding. A low pressure experience all around, which was especially appreciated! Top notch! More
