Great customer service We purchased a used vehicle years ago and had a good experience and searching for a new vehicle recently we have once again received exceptional custo We purchased a used vehicle years ago and had a good experience and searching for a new vehicle recently we have once again received exceptional customer service. My wife typically hates car shopping because of aggressive sales people, l went solo for the first test drive and convinced her that the salesman I dealt with “Russ” was very laid back. When she went for a test drive she agreed, he was knowledgeable and patient explaining the features of the vehicle. While we haven’t yet closed the deal I expect that we may. I appreciate that Russ kept me informed on the status of vehicles I looked at but didn’t constantly bombard me with texts. More

Got my Pilot Elite! Wasn't even sure I was ready to trade but worked with Russ Meyer who was very kind, knew his vehicles and wasn't pushy. Also worked with Justin Wiley Wasn't even sure I was ready to trade but worked with Russ Meyer who was very kind, knew his vehicles and wasn't pushy. Also worked with Justin Wiley to finish the paperwork. Also was very good at what he does. Of course there were lots of papers involved but he was very clear about what it would cost us in the end. It was awesome We have been leasing vehicles here at Honda for years. We have always had good service. This time was not any different. We went in thinking that we We have been leasing vehicles here at Honda for years. We have always had good service. This time was not any different. We went in thinking that we might not be able to do the trade that day but we found a new car, and Russ was great about showing us the new features of the car that we had not heard of yet. We drove around and kinda played with it and in just a few hours we had a new car! More

No Pressure I went in just to look around, not really knowing what make or model I wanted yet. Russ got three cars for me to test drive. He emailed me a few times, but never tried to hurry me along or talk me into anything.. 6 weeks later, they still had the car I originally had my eye on, so I ended up gettinga good deal on a clean Certified Pre-Owned Honda. I'm very happy with the whole experience. Russ was friendly and great to work with. More
