Taking your car in is never fun but this was as pleasant as it can be. Got a great loaner vehicle as we currently have only one family car and a toddler. Sara is a gem! She was so helpful in getting me set up with the loaner and updated me throughout the next day as they were diagnosing my car. That communication was very appreciated and I will definitely be back if another issue arises! More
