Made appointment to have recall service performed on my 2025 Explorer. Had the car at the dealership about 7:05AM on the scheduled morning and was disappointed when the work wasn't completed by the end of 2025 Explorer. Received a call first thing the next morning and was told the tech didn't get the paperwork in on time, which caused the delay. I sure would have appreciated getting the car back on day one, as it is our only source of transportation. Darlene, our service person was very pleasant and cannot fault her for the delay.
