Those experiences were just OK but nothing out of the ordinary: hard sell tactics, some shady math and a lot of time spent waiting around for salespeople to run back\forth to managers. Criswell, though, was superior. Our salesperson, CJ, was knowledgeable about the car, was quick to answer questions and worked with us to come up with a great deal that fit our needs. Working with Steve was also a pleasure - the financing and final paperwork process was seamless and efficient. Having bought many cars in my lifetime, I can honestly say this was the easiest (and fastest!) experience I have ever had. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family without hesitation. More

Amazing experience! I came in to go over my options as my two year lease was coming to an end. I had already been in contact with Mike a few times leading up to this rega I came in to go over my options as my two year lease was coming to an end. I had already been in contact with Mike a few times leading up to this regarding what I needed to do beforehand, paperwork to bring, etc. I always received prompt and thorough responses via email with him. I then came to the dealership with the idea that I would buy my leased vehicle as I figured that it was the best option financially. I spoke with both Russell and Scott, who were extremely kind and helpful in weighing my options. After writing everything down and working out the numbers with them, I decided that my best option was to start a new lease. They showed me vehicle options to find the best fit which turned out to be a 2017 Chevy Cruze. Scott spent time to show me the ins and outs of the vehicle's interior and systems. Mike then spent an extended amount of time on the phone with the bank working out the best rate for my financial situation, while Scott and Russell kept me informed throughout the process on exactly what was happening. The team was able to get my monthly rate down to what I could afford and put me into a vehicle that I love! I then did all paperwork with Steve who went over all of the details with me but was also fast and efficient. I had an amazing and painless experience working with Scott, Russell, Mike, and Steve and am very grateful for their work. They worked with me with understanding, patience, and a genuine care for what I wanted and needed. I have worked with Criswell before and will continue to do so for all of my future vehicle needs. Walked out with a feeling of confidence in the overall experience. The sales rep. (Seth), was a straight shooter, the Sales Manager was upfront on my trade-in, and said he'd make the numbers work, without even seeing our trade-in. When we brought the trade-in by for a review, it came up shy of what they had originally projected, but they kept their word!! Amazing!!! They met my daughter’s overall price range, and monthly price, with no fuss/haggling/or BS.. I typically like to haggle, but this new experience was a bit nicer and I am very pleased... My daughter LOVES her new Equinox and brags about it to everyone... Thank you Criswell Chevrolet for restoring my faith in an honest deal! More

The BEST experience I ever had at a car dealer ! My 15 year old son researched the Bolt EV for our family. This was a perfect option to use as a commuter car. The car drives like a dream! We knew exactly what color we wanted. We posted a inquiry online. Salesman Seth and Russel Carter the manager of Criswell Chevrolet followed up with phone calls and email. Several other dealers did as well. We made our decision within hours of being contacted. The price, attentiveness and courteous follow up made us drive from Virginia out to Maryland to buy the car. Once we arrived we were able to drive away within 1 1/2 hours with a new vehicle purchase. This time included a quick test drive with Seth and completing all paperwork for new car sale. Seth was very knowledgeable about the Bolt. We had been to 4 different car dealers in the area. None of the other salesman knew much about the car features which was disappointing. I was happy my son had extensively researched the car so he could confidently that Seth new the car. Both Russell and Seth were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The sale was straight forward. They honored the price we discussed. We have had the car for a week. We were not sure about the extended warranty but called in after sale to buy it. I just had a home car charger ( juicebox) installed by a electrician yesterday. So happy never have to pump gas and never need a oil changel for this car. The car has excellent safety features and has fast acceleration! I highly recommend this dealer. The process of buying this car was so pleasant. More
