Awesome service department I called the service department March 3 Friday morning 8 AM. I spoke with Kristian Mazzini. I asked him if I could bring the car in within the hour . He said absolutely, we will get to you right away . I was seen immediately . He told me the diagnosis which was a new battery. He was very attentive, polite and kept in contact with me . When I went to pay Barbara Jones was right there and had everything ready for me. Before I knew it I was out the door on the road again. I actually hate car shopping but I enjoyed my experience there. I was extremely comfortable the entire time, even when my Sales Person was busy helping other customers and another Sales Person stepped in with the same level of knowledge and assurance. I loved that all the sales people I talked to even the Accountant had first hand experience with the vehicle that I was buying. I love this car. I searched for at least 10 months and I was looking for certain features but didn't want to pay an out rages price. I actually heard a commercial on the radio for RC Hill and it sounded great. I thought, maybe I need to take a look at the Mitsubishi's. I am so glad I did, this is such an Awesome car and I highly recommend RC Hill to everyone! More

I live in Palm Coast and find it is worth the drive get my car serviced in Deland. I waited to do my review-bought my Outlander the end of August, to make sure promises were followed through. Russell Ervast followed up with emails to make sure I was enjoying my vehicle. My car was pin striped as promised also. I dealt with Barbara Jones when I had my oil changed and she was very pleasant and efficient. More

Used car inspection is worthless Bought a car from Russ. Identified 3 problems within first 24 hours. Russ did not return calls. They finally agreed to do some work on warranty but I Bought a car from Russ. Identified 3 problems within first 24 hours. Russ did not return calls. Do not believe their certified inspection sticker on the windshield. Check everything you can think off before you leave the lot because they will not back their own inspections More
