They really care for their customers. As a customer you are number one at this dealership. They truly care for you and will satisfy you without any of the -sadly common- car dealer shenanigans. Once a customer, you will return for the brand and the people. After nine BMWs I am now on my second Subaru within two and a half years and I'm loving both the cars AND the experience. This survey allows only 5 star ratings but trust me, they deserve more stars. Subaru service Great guy's. 100% trustworthy. Took my car in for a noise in the transmission. They inspected and found a loose bolt and repaired it for basically not Great guy's. 100% trustworthy. Best car buying experience ever. From the time I drove in, it only took 2 1/2 hours and I was out the door. I test drove the Outback 2.5 thinking I wanted the 3.6. I was very happy From the time I drove in, it only took 2 1/2 hours and I was out the door. I test drove the Outback 2.5 thinking I wanted the 3.6. I was very happy with the performance of the Outback 2.5 Limited so we went back to the dealership to make a deal. I traded in Jeep Wrangler that I loved but was looking for a Subaru to replace it. The inspection of my Jeep and the offer made took about 10 min. and it took me 30 sec. to sign the agreement. I am very happy with the Outback, the service and the dealership. I just turned 70 and this has been the best experience I have had in buying a car. Thanks Jerry Johnson and Subaru of Jacksonville!!! More
