There was a lot of my wife having to make calls and texting just to find out any status updates. It did arrive today. The inside has an odor that I can only describe as someone who doesn't use deodorant and sweats. It looks vacuumed but not professionally cleaned. The front passenger side has a dent and some scuffs that was not pictured on the website. Is there somewhere I can send pictures?

Definitely not high pressure environment, gave us time to discuss and think things through without feeling like they needed an answer immediately even though they were closing.
