There was a lot of my wife having to make calls and texting just to find out any status updates. My wife had to reach out the manager today just to find out if and when my vehicle will be shipped and texting just to find out any status updates. My wife had to reach out the manager today just to find out if and when my vehicle will be shipped and it seems like. It’s one thing to be busy it’s another to have xxxx poor communication. If I could give negative stars I would. The car better be in good condition or it’s going back. Worse process ever. More

Fantastic service. Hailey was willing to look up any specs requested on our new EV. This is our second Chevy EV purchase and we love it so far! Everyone was so friendly Hailey was willing to look up any specs requested on our new EV. This is our second Chevy EV purchase and we love it so far! Everyone was so friendly and loved showing off certain aspects of the cars that made things fun. Definitely not high pressure environment, gave us time to discuss and think things through without feeling like they needed an answer immediately even though they were closing. Even the financing wasn't high pressure about the extended warranty like we've experienced at other dealerships. Everyone was fantastic. More
