I had a great experience buying my work van at Matthews - Currie Ford. My sales rep Rusty, was easygoing and knowledgeable of the inventory, wasn’t pushy and gave me all the answers I needed quickly without Currie Ford. Rusty was knowledgeable of the explorer . Kinda Rusty was knowledgeable of the explorer . Kinda disappointed that I had asked for my payment to be under 8 . When I got there it was and then rusty Rusty was knowledgeable of the explorer . Kinda disappointed that I had asked for my payment to be under 8 . When I got there it was and then rusty didn’t have GAP included so that then brought my payment OVER 8 ... sadly I left with my payment over 8 . Brian the finance manager tried to help with the cost of the gap .he saw my concern on my face . Thank you Brian for what you did do for me . Also left without the 500.00 gift card that I was promised and NO 90 day no payment either. Rusty says I can get my gift card on 12-23 . Still payment is due in 45 days . 🤷♀️ More
