This was a complete 180 in service!! I came in 2018 to purchase a Honda I fell in love with, but the salesman at the time (Dean), told me he didn't recommend that car for me because "you millenials don't purchase a Honda I fell in love with, but the salesman at the time (Dean), told me he didn't recommend that car for me because "you millenials don't know how to drive turbos." So, I went to Phoenix and bought my Honda. I had come in again before I went to Phoenix because there was a Lexus I also liked. At that time, I got Ryn and he was so much more professional. I told him what Dean had told me and he was flabbergasted. He tried to keep me there, but I had already made up my mind to go to Phoenix. This year I decided I wanted a new car and thought I'd give a Ryn a shot. Thankfully he still worked there! He was very professional, efficient, and upfront with me. I'm very happy I gave the dealership another chance. He deserves a raise and kudos!! Thank you for my Jeep! More

While servicing the truck they also spotted a nail in one tire and fixed it as well without even being asked. No charge. He also answered some questions I had about extended service contracts once the Tundra is out of factory warranty. While the truck was being serviced I spoke with Ry'n Nabeeh about a possible future purchase of another Toyota. Here again, he was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable telling me about other products in the line up that we might consider for a second vehicle. An all around pleasant experience. Professionalism is alive and well at this dealership! More

The main reason for this would have to be the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Ryn Nabeeh. He is truly a superstar. I live in Connecticut. I spotted and inquired about a nicely presented BMW 335i advertised on Car Gurus at Sierra Toyota, which is in Arizona. Mr. Naheeb contacted me in a timely fashion and answered all questions I had in our preliminary conversation. As the sales process progressed, I noticed, and was impressed by the fact, that Mr. Naheeb took a personal interest in making sure all my questions were answered and concerns were allayed. Mr. Naheeb's customer service ethos even extended to coming in on his day off to make sure the vehicle made it on the car transport with no issues. The fact that he would do that for a customer gives "customer service" a whole new meaning! I felt their pricing was extremely fair. No surprises or hidden fees, which I was on guard for. The whole process was very straight forward. Very refreshing. If I ever need another vehicle and Sierra Toyota has what Im looking for, I would not hesitate to buy from them even though we on opposite side of the country.
