Not sure what the issue was, but I didn’t receive any response from Sierra Toyota. I checked online and inquired about a newly arrived Tacoma. Ryn immediately responded with the vehicle details- it was exactly what I was looking for, and we closed the deal shortly thereafter. Ryn was great- exceptional knowledge about the vehicle, and also agreed to come in on his regular day off so I could close the deal and take my new Tacoma out on a long weekend! More

We were very surprised to have Sierra Toyota offer u Went to Toyota dealerships in Sierra Vista, Tucson and Phoenix to shop for our new vehicle. We were very surprised to have Sierra Toyota offer us everything we wanted right here. Only concern was when it came to the very end of the process and the finance manager Bryan came to us and said he could not give us the interest rate that all four Toyota dealerships said they could give. He offered the higher interest rate and NOTHING else. So we had no choice but to find the financing elsewhere at the rate we wanted. We have already recommended Ry'n to two of our co-workers that are looking to buy a new vehicle this year. More
