I’ve been in the car business for 11 years now only been at one dealership and that's Lester Glenn Chevy for my entire career in the car business. I’m a local guy that grew up here in ocean county born and raised. I enjoy going to Yankees and Jets games but my favorite is any activities on, in or around the ocean or the bay from sailing, boating, jet skiing, surfing, Standup paddle boarding, and fishing.

Never Again Today marks 8 days without my 2018 Impala. While I understand that changing an A/C evaporator system is timely and obtaining the part took time, I was Today marks 8 days without my 2018 Impala. While I understand that changing an A/C evaporator system is timely and obtaining the part took time, I was told once the part came in my car would be worked on and completed. Today I’m told yet again it will take longer as the A/C Tech was pulled away to work on other less timely A/C jobs. Unbelievable. Making my first payment today on a car I don’t have with ZERO faith in the job even being completed right. More

Equinox Lease Customer service is always top notch. Especially dealing with Ryan and Nick. The only reason I gave a "Good" rating was that I literally just paid my Customer service is always top notch. Especially dealing with Ryan and Nick. The only reason I gave a "Good" rating was that I literally just paid my last lease payment for my Cruze the same day. I was hoping that the dealership would recognize that after letting them know, and would have covered my first months lease for the Equinox less the offset amount which I would've covered. So I basically paid 2 car payments on the same day when I still had a month left on my Cruze. More
