A great experience on all levels. Found one of your vehicles on internet late at night. Spent some time looking at you inventory. I received a timely call next morning from your representative. Timely because I was debating whether the 2&1/2 hr trip from Syracuse NY was worth it. She connected me to salesman who gave me a range for trade in value of my vehicle. He hit my markers, I made the trip and drove home that afternoon very satisfied in my new vehicle. Great salesrep ( Scott Higgins) and helpful organization.
