In my 70yrs, Dorsch is the Best dealership I've ever experie I moved to Green Bay two years ago. I drive a Kia Optima. I've never experienced such excellent service in my life. Bad service My car was brought there for them to fix I didn’t like the price of the estimate so I’ve been calling for 3 weeks trying to get them to get my car re My car was brought there for them to fix I didn’t like the price of the estimate so I’ve been calling for 3 weeks trying to get them to get my car ready to be towed to a new shop but my service advisor won’t pick up the phone or he won’t return any of my calls I’m pretty pissed off. They better not be charging me by the day because I’m not paying it I’ve been 3 weeks without a car More

Just looking but found and bought Was just planning on looking for a new vehicle. Chad came out in the rain and made me feel very welcomed. I told him I was interested in a red Kia out Was just planning on looking for a new vehicle. Chad came out in the rain and made me feel very welcomed. I told him I was interested in a red Kia out on their lot. Chad was great, he brought the Kia inside so I could look at it out of the rain. He made this experience very enjoyable. I left Dorsch Ford very happy and with a new car. Will recommend Chad and Dorsch to anyone looking for a car in the future. More
